Ideas
Reproducible - Have a sim use the object, save game while object is in use (weights were taken from the rack). Exit to main menu, reload save. Those weights are just gone now and never re-appear on the rack. Possibly also breaks when leaving the lot while other sims are using the rack (haven't tested this yet)
Recommendation - Make sure nobody is in the household is using the rack when saving/leaving the lot.
