One can flirt with the Grim Reaper, and become WooHoo partners, but it will not complete the action beyond the excited dance at the idea of woohooing.

WooHoo with Grim will no longer get cancelled. This was happening because of an incompatibility with grimReaper_CarryScythe.
Fixed in Patch 1.119.109/2.23
