One can flirt with the Grim Reaper, and become WooHoo partners, but it will not complete the action beyond the excited dance at the idea of woohooing.

I have the same problem, Action cancel as soon as they agree. Pc with MCC (updated) only
MCCC has broken this interaction! It's an issue they're working on for the update
