One can flirt with the Grim Reaper, and become WooHoo partners, but it will not complete the action beyond the excited dance at the idea of woohooing.
The woohoo action cycles and cycles, not clearing as the sim moves on to the next action in the que.
Woohoo with other sims works normally.

I'm having the same, problem. I've been able to complete the action in the save file I was using for the Reaper's Reward event. So It may be something with them editing Grim? (I also am not using mods even double checked and made sure any that I've used have been deleted and tried to repair the game.
It does not let me with a new sim...just the one that Woohooed grim before the expansion was released. It also seemed to work best when my sim became hysterical, However that could very well be a coincidence. Tried again with the original sim, Had to reset both sim and grim several times and attempt a few times as well then it worked
I just got the new Life & Death expansion pack, I completely updated all my mods but for some reason it doesn't work. I'll click "Try for a baby" and they'll gain relationship and relationship satisfaction but the action itself will delete itself everytime. It could be a me issue but I tried with all my mods disabled and it still didn't work.
Have this same issue as well somewhat, i can have my sims woohoo with grim but can't try for baby. Do have mods like MCCC etc, as well as all expansion packs & game packs
Yah I have the same problem on PC and with all packs, cc and mods. All mods are updated. I only can woohoo with the Grim on the job in the shower.
The option to woohoo and try for baby with grim is popping up as it normally would, but sims will not complete action. The action deletes itself. I’m on console so there is no mods or cc causing this. Game is fully updated.
Hi! I am no longer able to woohoo or try have babies with the grim reaper, it dosn't work on my windows laptop nor my Mac IOS, does someone else have the problem? Yesterday it worked then today it was an update on Mac don’t remember if it was on my laptop, but now it dosn’t work to have babies with the grim reaper. Is there some way to fix this? :)
I have the same problem here where i would try for a baby, with the grim reaper. Then hearts will come up, they will cheer like they are going to do it then it will disappear and it ends up not happening at all. Xbox One Console. I just have a few packs it shouldn't act up like this. The packs i have are: Island living, Get to work,Life and Death,Realm of Magic,Vampires and Paranormal.
I've had the same problem with Grim. I figured out that I have to summon Grim by inviting him over with the social/friendship panel. I cannot summon him with the grimophone and then woohoo with him.
Having same issues as OP with Whoohooing/ Trying for baby with Grim. Never installed mods. Tried with a different save file and had same results. Hoping it gets fixed soon I had plans for a grimborne heir. I play on Laptop.
