the pop up for the science career don't pop up. it's the pop that you can choose whether to go with the sim to work or not. i just updated (7-1-25) my game too. no i don't have mods.

- how many days have you tried ?
- Do you have issues with other active careers ?
- What platform are you playing on ?
- Is this an existing save or new one and did you try multiple sims/saves to find out if it's an issue with the save/Sim or a general problem ?
- Can you send them for rabbithole work or does that also not work ?
