Adults/teens/children at work/school on reload trying to skip work/school

Adults/Teens/Children at school/work during lot reload are prompting them all to come home, effectively skipping school/work. I had 1 sim on their home lot - a residential small business lot, the bus...

I started having this issue after the july patch. Tried clearing my thumb cache, and turning off cc and script mods. But when any sim in the household travels all the other household members leave school or work.  Im on PC.
