Count me in! I'm having the same issue with my game too.

I've updated to 1.116 2 days ago, and my 2 sims didn't leave their home lot until one of them went to work today, with the other one went to park for the event's task right after. Funny thing was, as soon as the second sim got to the park, the other one who was supposed to be at work immediately showed up at home as returning from work.

Hope this bug get fixed soon... :(
