Adults/teens/children at work/school on reload trying to skip work/school

Adults/Teens/Children at school/work during lot reload are prompting them all to come home, effectively skipping school/work. I had 1 sim on their home lot - a residential small business lot, the bus...

I also have the same problem. The parents go to work at 12:00 and 14:00 o’clock. And by the time the children go back home (4 teenagers and 1 child) The parents are also back home without a popup if they want to skip work. I still haven’t finished the new event so i dont know if that is part of the problem why this is not working
