Adults/teens/children at work/school on reload trying to skip work/school

Adults/Teens/Children at school/work during lot reload are prompting them all to come home, effectively skipping school/work. I had 1 sim on their home lot - a residential small business lot, the bus...

I had a similar issue where my sims were at a bar and I told one of my sims to get home cause he would start work soon and when I loaded the home lot he immediately got back home, way before the end of his shift.
