Adults/teens/children at work/school on reload trying to skip work/school

I have done many careers, so far, only one time I experienced a loop of a sim skipping work, the other times I did careers, skipping work never happen. During that one time I experienced the loop of a sim skipping work, all I did was "save and exit" -> "resume game", it completely fixed it, and the sim goes to work like normal. This is not the only thing in game that I have to "save and exit" -> "resume game" to fix something, there are many more I don't bother reporting because there are very minor issue and can be fixed by "save and exit" -> "resume game". For example, sometimes "mentor" will stuck, and your sim cannot move until you restart game.
All other sims skipping work never happened even if I am not in my home. I continuously many times see them go to work when I am not at home, and come back when I am not at home. No issue so far. I can have this experiences because I was doing two sims with athlete career at one time, one has to mentor fitness as daily task which I had to go out to outside gym to mentor fitness since all my sims at home are level 10 fitness which can't be mentored. The 2nd sim is studying opponents as daily task which I did at home, and she goes to work on time while I was in outside gym, not at home. Skipping work never happen in this case.
