Adults/teens/children at work/school on reload trying to skip work/school

Adults/Teens/Children at school/work during lot reload are prompting them all to come home, effectively skipping school/work. I had 1 sim on their home lot - a residential small business lot, the bus...

This is still happening. If my adult sims travel to a different lot while kids are at school, all of the kids will immediately come home
