My sims are having similar problems as well as saying they are at work when they aren't. Or that they are at work or off the lot for multiple days with no options to click on anything like work harder or switch control to or bring back here. Going to manage world and coming back will reset the issues until they have to go to work or school again. the option to go to high school with Teen sims was also not coming up either.
