Adults/teens/children at work/school on reload trying to skip work/school

Adults/Teens/Children at school/work during lot reload are prompting them all to come home, effectively skipping school/work. I had 1 sim on their home lot - a residential small business lot, the bus...

I am having the same issue, but it  doesn't make my sims late to work/school it just recalls them home and my working sim even got paid after only being at work for an hour.
