Adults/teens/children at work/school on reload trying to skip work/school

Adults/Teens/Children at school/work during lot reload are prompting them all to come home, effectively skipping school/work. I had 1 sim on their home lot - a residential small business lot, the bus...

I've had Sims cancel going to work/school or deciding they're skipping with hitting don't skip not working for awhile and sporadically but since update I'm having same issue as OP.

I'm playing Dream Home Decorator career and anytime I come back to home lot after a gig, my spouse leaves work early to meet me. No pop up, just 'x earned y today'

    same, her husband is a detective and every time he goes to work she comes back from hers.
