Adults/teens/children at work/school on reload trying to skip work/school

Adults/Teens/Children at school/work during lot reload are prompting them all to come home, effectively skipping school/work. I had 1 sim on their home lot - a residential small business lot, the bus...

I have totally no issue with this. All sims go to work on time, come back home on time, and completely works fine when I am not at home.

Do any of them go to school?  Because that's usually where the problem is.  Or if you enter CAS and then go out again when in Live play .
