Adults/teens/children at work/school on reload trying to skip work/school

Yup, me too, the same exact thing just happened to me. My sim was not home and on another lot and it was time for her to go to work so I had her go home first. The kids and other sims were at work/school while I was on another lot, but when I travel home, they all come back home and I am not able to take my sims to work or school again.
