Adults/teens/children at work/school on reload trying to skip work/school

Adults/Teens/Children at school/work during lot reload are prompting them all to come home, effectively skipping school/work. I had 1 sim on their home lot - a residential small business lot, the bus...

It is the same for me! Anytime I enter CAS or return with one sim to the home lot, all of my sims return as well, even though their work/school day is not over. Makes the game unplayable for me.
