Adults/teens/children at work/school on reload trying to skip work/school

Adults/Teens/Children at school/work during lot reload are prompting them all to come home, effectively skipping school/work. I had 1 sim on their home lot - a residential small business lot, the bus...

When one of my sims is at work or school, if another sim travels the sim that was then at work or school finishes early and comes home. I play on Xbox so have absolutely no mods.
