Adults/teens/children at work/school on reload trying to skip work/school

Adults/Teens/Children at school/work during lot reload are prompting them all to come home, effectively skipping school/work. I had 1 sim on their home lot - a residential small business lot, the bus...

I am also having this same issue. One sim at work and traveled with my other sim to a park which caused my other sim to come home from work early. No prompt to skip work/come home early either.
