All items from inventory vanished post updated + multiple more issues

Issue 1:

All items from inventory vanished post updated - ALL THEIR FAMILY PHOTOS ARE GONE. I have spent an insane amount of time curating the perfect family photos, just to be ruined

Issue 2:

All items from fridges won't save. I've been baking and putting it in the fridges, I save the game and come back and VANISHED.

Issue 3:

Frames with family photos are now empty.

Issue 4:

In my sims bakery 2 levels apartment upstairs I get her to bake something and clearly click the main level stove and she goes upstairs to bake?

This game is RUINING MY LIFE.

Issue 5: 

I am still having the issue where I can't upload things to my gallery.

The people at EA keep doing things that no one is asking for, STOP making new packs and fix this game. It is ruining my life. 

I did take a back up of the game before the update and I don't know how to restore it that one to hopefully have their memories back.

I have spent about 5200 hours in this game and right now I sit here writing this out wishing I had put those hours into getting a degree, instead of this game. That you guys keep adding packs too, instead of fixing issues. Every time you guys make some "magical update" its FILLED with issues. Not even the hours, but THOUSANDS of dollars wasted.

I feel sick to my stomach right now.

So again EA: STOP ADDING THINGS, FIX THE GAME. NO ONE WANTS NEW PACKS: WE WANT A GAME THAT FUNCTIONS.

Yes I removed my mods before the update.
