(PC) I'm having the multiple birth issue recently, as well; in different worlds and different households. For example, I started a game two days ago and by this morning there are 42 infants born between eight different households--all girls. Played or unplayed households doesn't make a difference. I noted the bug in the bug forum when I first saw it in a different save game.
