The hairstyle is a bit of a known issue as it seems the hair doesn't change on work/nude outfits if you use the copy button to copy them. Did you use that ?
Did the outfit change back once you switched back to everyday.
As for the eyes, did you give them occult eyes/features ? They are generally bugged rn as per this thread: [ROM] [V] Occult eyes/features disappear when entering live mode | EA Forums - 4997177
I did use the copy feature yes. I have however gone through all the outfits and set them manually (since that was an apparent fix) but issue still persists
Once I switch outfits again (everyday and all the others) it's back to the look its supposed to be. It's only the nude and work uniform.
And the eyes are apart of the issue, since it reverts the sim back to the first look for them.
