I have the same Problem, even if the kid plays for longer than a second it doesn't check of as playing with toys in the aspiration. It's affecting the event as well since it won't check of any playing with toy's interaction. Also on PC, no mods installed. I have seasons, cottage living, jungle adventure and all the stuff packs and kits that has been/are free.
