There's a bug which sims with macabre trait automatically gain postive relationships even when they are doing nothing.
I notice this bug when vampire sims drinking plasma without permission from strangers, which those strangers are not supposed to be seen in the relationship panel, yet, they still have that positive feeling for each other.
You can also see this bug when you trying to have a conversion with other sims, they have relationship gain before you even greet them or even have any interactions.
It's definitely a bug, macabre sims just gain positive relationship for no reason.
I removed all mods, even disabled custom content and mods option, the bug is still there
