Autonomous Phone Interaction even with Dislikes Phones

• Do you have this issue with all Sims ?
• Could you post the Sims traits ?

1. Yes, I gave the preference 'Dislike Phones' to most of NPCs in my save file (created after the update). But still they will use their phones and get uncomfortable while chatting. None of them are teens or kids, mostly young adults/adults. None of them are Geeks.
2. Clumsy, Good and Loves Outdoors.

Same. I have Sims pulling out phones with an action that cannot be canceled so I believe it's an idle animation. 

I would also love if my teens could also not use their phones, I really hate it in my game. I specifically did not buy High School Years because of the amped up phone use, so people who don't own that pack should be able to turn off phone use for teens too. 

Also, can you make the phone use cooldown longer? Six Sim hours goes by pretty quickly.
