I configured the Auto Save settings according to my preferences. I only wanted my gnome to send me a reminder every 30 minutes. It worked correctly on the first day, but since then I haven't received any reminders at all. Nothing happens anymore.

Yes, as far as I remember, I saved. I was really looking forward to this reminder because I think it's a very useful feature. 🙂
And I definitely saved the settings because I've been playing with the same save file ever since, and everything is still set exactly the way I configured it. 🙂
Happend to me too. I found a way to fix it though. Turn off reminders. Then turn them back on again. I have to do this every time I want to play Sims. So yeah every time you log on you'll have to do this. I play on Xbox so no mods or CC. Hope this helps others get their gnome reminders back.
I have this issue too. It worked first night and I followed each prompt but not yesterday
...and I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but the first time I didn't disable Autosave, the game added an Autosave version of one of my saves to the save list, and it can't be deleted. I actually think that's pretty cool. 😀 Hahaha...NO! 😀
In one of my saved reminders, it also only came for one day. And in another where I set AutoSave every 30 minutes, it also only worked for one day. The next day, reminders to save started coming, even though they were turned off in the settings.
I did get save reminders at first. Then they stopped. The Autosave that is supposed to happen automatically worked for a while, but that also stopped. I changed the settings. Then changed them back to see if they'd start again. The autosave I set for coming out of build mode, that continues without issue.
And the updates are working again with the change and change-back.
