[BDK] Dust piles reset sims/dust and maid cant complete vaccuming

If you vacuum a dust pile, when the dust is cleared the vacuuming sim resets. This does not happen when vacuuming the bare floor, a dust bunny, puddles, etc., just when vacuuming a dust pile.
