[BDK] Vacuum does not work or any action at all

After the new update, my sims cannot even do any action with vacuum, it shows on build/buy but i cannot drag it to my sims's inventory. Edit By crinrict: Added pack tag to title.

Hello,

If any of you are still encountering this on the latest game version could you share your App Data folder, as well as your Electronic Arts folder?

For PC, you can find this under: User > [Username] > AppData > Local > TS4
For Mac, you can find this here: Macintosh HD > Users > [Username] > Library > Application Support > TS4

For your Electronic Arts folder, you can find that under Documents-> Electronic Arts.
