[BDK] Vacuuming puddles and diapers for hours instead of mopping for minutes

Finally I've found someone else who is also having this vacumming issue! I've had this issue for months, at least, with sims getting stuck trying to vacuum both puddles and trash piles. The only way I've been able to get them ustuck from the vacuuming loop is to use 'Debug - Destroy object'. I've had it occur on multiple saves, and both with and without mods in my game. It happens with both NPC sims (maids, butlers, etc.) and with my actively played sims.
