[BDK] Vacuuming puddles and diapers for hours instead of mopping for minutes

Does anyone but me have the issue where (if you own a vacuum, the sim will vacuum (puddles, dirty diapers, etc). Wouldn't be a big issue but the vacuuming literally takes forever (well over an hour). Instead, if you don't own a vacuum, the sim will just pick it up or mop it up and it only takes a few minutes!
