When I have my sim go to a small business and I pay to get into the business to complete the Master Mentor aspiration I need to join 3 classes and when I go to click on the whiteboard it’s supposed to have an option that says “Ask to Start Class” is not popping up I have tried everything and when I believe there are multiple people having this issue but it could just be me.

Maybe try to replace the whiteboard but I kinda don't think that will help.
I will try again it’s okay I appreciate you trying to help I don’t know whats wrong with it. Is there some other way we can try and get this fixed because I would like to complete the aspiration because this is the first time I have done this aspiration and of course when I go to complete it this happens.
I am having the same issue. I even created a brand new business and owner, and had my other sim go to the business and check in, and my only options on the whiteboard are Hold Lecture or Hold Lecture for..., even if the business owner is standing right there next to the whiteboard. I've made sure that the activity (painting) and taking classes are both activities in the small business. This is very annoying as I'm unable to progress the Master Mentor aspiration.
I’ve been having the same issue.
Just ran into this issue and luckily I caught it quickly enough that I was able to back up to an earlier save from before the bug was triggered. I zipped and uploaded the version of the save that has the bug, though. Here's the link:

Unfortunately this is a modded save, but there's not much I can do about that--since I have no idea how I triggered the bug, I can hardly test it on a vanilla save.
