[BH] Business open when visiting as guest after visiting as customer

So I have a save with several small businesses, and i want to visit one of them as a friend, not a customer, but every time i go to the lot, the business is open. I selected to visit as a guest, but...

in my legacy save i wanted my sim to visit her dad who owns a small buisness
i go to the map click on the household and click on the option to visit the household and not the buisness
when i load in game i arrive only at the buisness lot and cant visit the homelot of the household even when i reload.
