[BH] Business open when visiting as guest after visiting as customer

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often
What is your current game version number? 1.116.240.1020
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Visit a small business lot as a customer, then come back later to visit the household as a guest
What happens when the bug occurs? After visiting a small business lot as a customer, from that point forward that business, regardless of whether it is moved to a different lot, or disabled for that location, will always be open, it is impossible to visit the business owner as a guest unless they sell or transfer their business.  
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the option to knock on the door to visit that sim's household when i select 'visit household' from the map, and to not have the business open, nor have any customers or employees spawning.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, but tried this without mods installed, and the same thing happened
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Either on or after the July 1st patch. My last good save was on August 1st, but had not visited a small business between July and then as a customer, and had visited businesses before July with no issue. 

I tried selling the business, and while he had no business, i could visit the lot as normal

But as soon as i registered a new business, the problem was back

Moved the business owner to a new lot, and the problem came with him. so it's somehow a problem with the sim this time, not the lot (Layne is an employee, and i put him back in with Olive for this, he would not be there if it wasn't open, nor would the walls be in cutaway)

reloaded, so Layne was a member of the household again (trying to get his ghost powers leveled up before i put him back in the Specter house so roomies for the time being) and transferred the business to him

and when i visited the lot, it worked fine, just took me to the household without opening the business. 

Then I transferred the business back to Johnny, and the problem came back. So something got stuck on Johnny, but I dunno how to fix it. I searched their hidden traits, and Johnny still has some traits 'trait_smallbusiness_reputation_hasbeenrank_(numbers through 7)' but Layne has all those too now, plus new ones related to the business. Didn't  see any others related to business, while it was in Layne's possession, but there may be something else lurking  in there i just don't know what to search for.  Transferring the business before i play other households is a bandaid solution, but the underlying problem is still there. And since he is a ghost, I can't even invite him places without cheats, I HAVE to go to his place to see him
