[BH] Business open when visiting as guest after visiting as customer

So I have a save with several small businesses, and i want to visit  one of them as a friend, not a customer, but every time i go to the lot, the business is open. I selected to visit as a guest, but...

I can duplicate this as described in your newest testing in your save and in my own (never had mods/cc).

Would you mind editing the first post to add the repro steps of the issue ?

I would love to, I know it's messy right now since i was figuring out what was happening as i was posting, but after it got moved to the bugs section, i can't see where to edit it? it's replaced with the votes now

edit - I edited it into the second post i made, if you want to copy and paste it into the first post, that would be perfect
