[BH] Can’t open small business

I’m experiencing the same problem and can’t play anymore.

• Did you build the small business yourself from scratch or download something from the gallery ?
  From the gallery.
• Did you build the small business on a lot that used to be a residential rental at some point ?
  No. It was a well-working retail before.
• Is this for a small business venue or a residential with small business ?
  Small business venue only.
• Do you have multiple lots for the business ?
  Only one lot per business.
• Do you have other businesses in the household ?
  No.
  
  Additionally:
  - I tried to open four different small business venues with four different Sims. Two are working, two are not. Three of them used to be retail and one was a café.
  - A Fish market on Brindleton (open business button doesn't work, open business sign doesn't work), A Bookstore on Henford-on-Bagley (doesn't work), A Cat Cafe on Willow Creek (works well), An Art Gallery on Willow Creek (works well).
  - These were small business venues only but I tried to add a 1x1 residential and employement section just to try, it didn't work.
  - I removed the mods, deleted localthumbcache and repaired the game via Steam. Didn't work.
  - For the venues not working: I tried to remove the business; it’s gone from the UI, the business section of sims are empty but the lot still appears as mine on the map when I hover over it.
  - I couldn’t run multiple business venues with one Sim because the UI only displays the first business. I can see the second one but I can’t select it from the dropdown menu. It doesn’t work. When I arrive at the second business lot, the UI still shows the first business menu.  
  - Although I selected the business venue lot from the UI as my only business place, the business venue lines still appear in build mode on my residential lot.
  - Again, although I selected the business venue lot from the UI as my only business place, I sometimes get "no kiosk on the lot" error on my residential lot.
