When i try to click on open small business it doesn’t do anything. And i don’t have any mods installed.

I am also having this problem. I downloaded a small business/residential from the gallery, bought the small business with my sim, and the game will not allow me to open the business. It will allow me to customize it, but I can't open it. The lot used to be a restaurant lot, if that helps. My sim also lives on a different lot.
It's weird though because I have another sim on a lot that used to just be residential and I was able to add a business onto that just fine.
I did try changing the lot to residential, but then it won't let me register it as a small business, so I'm not sure what's going on.
