[BH] [DHD] Decorator can't enter residential part of small business

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

- Delete the ones you have
- Travel to their home again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.

Hi, the same issue is currently happening to me.

My sim is a decorator, sim created by me in game, and had a job on a pre-made family and business lot. I didn’t get the job notification to travel to the lot and, when I eventually traveled there, got the notification but the sim couldn’t get in the house and the business was open. The message was something like: you don’t have access to the residential side.

I transported the sim inside and, when trying to click on an object, I got the same message.

To complete the job, I had to exit the game and change the lot to residential.

If it helps, I don’t play with mods, never have.
