[BH] [CCSP] Able to sell gem cuts from small business as customer

I hope I worded this correctly!

Basically, I've set up a small business that sells gem cuts. However, when I visit that small business lot as a customer, the option to buy AND sell the gem cuts appears for me, and I can just sell the gem with no repercussion whatsoever.
