Just encountered this bug today, when I changed the penthouse to a small business rental, the following pop up appeared:
"Change Lot Type? Business areas are not supported on the new lot type. Changing to this lot type will remove all previous business areas, which cannot be undone. Would you like to change the lot type?"
It isn't clear what "remove all previous business areas" means, but I'd like to use the penthouse in Ciudad Enamorada as a corporate business in a highrise. It was meant to be a WNBA HQ, but now I can't use it as such. Please help.
