[BH] Customers using espresso bar to make coffee at Small Biz

With a small biz set to customers drink coffee and employees set to serve drinks from espresso bar/counter, customers will randomly go behind the espresso bar and make their own beverages.  Employees will still use it as well and to intermittently serve customers until another customer occupies the bar making their own drink.
