My sim works as an interior decorator and the next client is Loden's but when they arrived at their household, she appeared as a customer and cannot knock on the residential side of the loden's small business. It also happened when i tried ordinary travel to their household's side, it also happened to the Sarpong's. I cannot get inside their household.

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
- Delete the ones you have
- Travel to their home again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
