Same. Noticed this in my regular game. Employees disappear. Opened a copy without mods. Employees still disappear. New vanilla game. Rotated between two small businesses. Employees disappear.
This is closing Saturday, before traveling home. Employee.
This is opening Sunday, after traveling from home. No employee.
Same here, no mods ever used.
