Having the same issue here. Posting my testing below:
- I was using mods, but removed them, repaired my game, and tried in a new save file. Same issue.
- Loaded the existing Legacy save after mods were removed and had the same issue.
- Found a bug report from a couple of months hack that said to remove traits for customers, but upon re-adding them, nothing changed.
- Swapped ownership of the business to another sim in the household, nothing changed.
- Sold and repurchased the lots associated with the business. Reassigned the business to said lots after repurchase. Same issue.
- Sold and re-added ticketing kiosk. Swapped Entrance Fee from Hourly -> One-Time, tried all price modifiers, tried with this disabled.
- Removed all Business Activites. Re-added them. No change.
This is occuring on lots in every neighborhood and in every type of small business I've tested. When Sims the visit lots that are small businesses when not the active household, it still removes the employees. They are gone in every instance I can find here.
