I have the same issue. i have an employee that i mentored, and he was a good employee, but know when he just leaves with the bugs my sim, keep geting sad because of it. and after the update the employee that i hired, rarely do the task i assigned for the they just stand around and chat doing nothing. thats a big issue when i run a tattoo studio in the basement,. because i would some time open the store let the employee do a bit of tattoing while my sim was taking care of the child and dog, when mother was out or doi
