I am having this issue. The employees disappear after closing the business and after entering CAS to update uniforms. This may be a different issue, but I'm finding that some relationships are disappearing as well. I had my sims meet a few random people walking by to employ. And the next time I went into the household, they didn't have any employees, and they didn't even know those people. Also I downloaded a family of my sims out of my library and moved them into 2 households, but I wanted their family and relationships to carry over to a new save. After I moved them, they no longer knew each other and were no longer family. Could be different issues, but they happened to the same household at the same time.
