[BH] Employees not always wearing assigned uniform

Yep, definitely a bunch of bugs with employee uniforms. The designed uniform you create only works on your sim. When you click on a townie employee to wear a uniform it takes you to CAS where you actually end up re-designing their everyday outfit. (If you see them out and about, they'll be wearing your uniform instead of whatever they had on before.)  They will, depending on weather, still change to Hot or Cold clothing while at work, so your uniform is quite pointless during hot / cold days. 

What we should be seeing is an option to assign them the outfit we already designed for our business and not be taken to CAS to design a whole new outfit. .. And even if that were the case, it shouldn't be overwriting their original everyday outfit. 

PC: Own All Packs: Have Lots of Mods, mod folder is removed for testing bugs.
