I am also having this issue, if anyone wants or needs my files I can pop them up though will need a bit of info as to how. I did attempt a lot to try and fix it including switching household, moving, taking a new copy of the building and moving (met with notification that business was open for a full day and needed to close still couldnt) cleared game cache etc. I am using some mods tho mostly cosmetic plus the addition of a whims mod and the command center. but even without it doesnt load. Would love to help with at least finding fix and giving info where needed.
