[BH] Ghosts appear despite banning occults through target customer

I have set the target costumer to ban ghosts and occults from appearing on the business but they appear anyway. It happens every time I open the business. Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted title

I'm wondering if since the ghost update they aren't considered occults anymore as I also had the issue where ghosts appeared despite choosing non-occults as a required preference.

What else is interesting is that if you look at Club Requirements from Get Together Ghosts still appear on that list in the occult section but not in the Small Business menu.
