[BH] Lecture watchers don't sit to watch if chair is close to the whiteboard

Okay so I hope I'm not the only one seeing this, but so far, in my game (with no mods) whenever a lecture is being held, the sims that come to watch the lecture, they just don't sit down IF the seat ...
