So, my sim got tired of the impending rain, seeping through the walls and ending up flooding the house. She wants to add Drizzle Drains to the house and hired a contractor, myself of course to install teh said item.
I tried the various sizes and found that the ground level drain size fits nicely with the wall heights. But the second story drains are not working so well. A short drain fits but leaves a gap between the one below it. I assume that it currently is in case there are friezes or exterior trims. The medium one, which is my wall height for the top story (see attachment) don't fit.
Now, this is going to be a problem since I will have to grind down and weld a lot to fix it, and I don't want to "cheat" my client. This extra work will cost her 900 simoleons now 😬
Can the developers do something like make the Drizzle Drain fit to every wall size by adding functionality that enable us to just drag it up or down to a suitable fit for the wall (e.g. same workflow as some of the columns have). Else, just make the existing items fit the wall irrespective if there is friezes or exterior trims.
